Please remove load in timers/match canceling for finding matches

Some of the players are unable to join a game due to taking too long to load into a match, after the minute passes it cancels the match and sends you back to the hideout. This is an absurd addition, I have no clue if it was an oversight from the devs but what game has this feature? All it does it prevents players with especially worse PCs from playing the game.

It's always been a feature, the timer was just a bit longer before, and it's a feature in most modern games, they all cancel matches if someone takes too long to load in.
