Pit brawler with cursed flame chains melee tank/dps

A rugged man draped in cursed chains created to bind him.

Weapon : He uses the chains coiled around his arms as whips.
Swing forward with a chain whip in an 8m range, range scaling with bullet velocity and boons, reload animation would be the chains wrapping around his arms tightly, and him having to pull them off.

Ability 1 : Diving in!
Leap forwards with an elbow slam, dealing 80 (melee scaling) damage and stunning directly hit enemies for 0.8s, knocking up other enemies in a 6m radius.
Chained enemies will be pulled up to 9m towards the slam, and slowed by 30% for 2s, but the chain will break.
26s cooldown

(1AP) : -4s cooldown
(2AP) : +0.4s stun duration on direct hit.
(5AP) : +60 damage.


Ability 2 : Cursed flame
Imbue your basic attack with flame for 7s, causing hit enemies to buildup cursed flames, dealing 20(spirit scaling) damage per second and lasting 3 seconds, but during the effect you and chained enemies suffer the burn damage as well. You gain 25% spirit resistance during the effect.
28s cooldown

(1AP) : +1s burn duration
(2AP) : +20% lifesteal during the effect.
(5AP) : Now charged ability, and using the ability while it is active refreshes the duration and increases final burn damage by +30%.


Ability 3 : Chains of agony
(Passive) Hitting an enemy with your chains builds up the chained status effect, which breaks off if outside 18m or LoS for 2s. Chained enemies will have more effects applied to them from your other abilities, as well as having +50% parry cooldown.
(active) Stand your ground and reel in your chains for up to 7 seconds, slowing chained enemies by +20% every second until 100% before they begin being pulled in, or the effect ends.
43s cooldown

(1AP) : +20% melee damage vs chained enemies.
(2AP) : Gain the ability to move for -70% movement speed while reeling in your chains and +1s reeling duration.
(5AP) : The chains gain spikes, dealing 20(gun scaling) damage every second to chained enemies, and double the amount while reeling in.


Ability 4 : Champion of the Pit
The chains loosen and coil around you while aflame for 7 seconds, empowering you with Parry stun immunity and providing a flame aura in 10m around you, dealing 40 (spirit scaling) damage every second which builds up the chained status.
115s cooldown

(1AP) : +1s duration
(2AP) : Enemies suffer -40% healing received
(5AP) : +30 damage per second and heal 2% of your max health every time an enemy player is damaged by Champion of the Pit.
