[HERO CONCEPT] The Scarecrow. Outstanding! Eerie! Mischevious! Assassin / Trickery Character

Waddup y'all! I am back with 3 new hero ideas. Check out my profile to see them and please give some feedback!

The Scarecrow:

Base HP 750 +35 per boon, +1.1 spirit per boon, +0.35 gun per boom
Health Regen: 3
Move Speed: 6.7 (x.012 spirit scaling) +0.8 sprint
Stamina: 3 (fast dash bucket)

Gun: The Last Harvest, shooting straw pieces out of his hand, 35 ammo
Damage 4.7 (DPS: 23.5), Bullets Per Second: 5 Velocity: 540m/s
Light/Heavy Melee (50/110 x1.6/3.9/gun boon)

Ability 1: Hollowed Step
Place down an exact lookalike of yourself with a faint green glow around it (with 1/4 of your Max HP), when an enemy walks past the scarecrow (8m) it will chase them and explode dealing 150dmg (1.2x spirit scaling). You may also teleport to these lookalikes if in range (20m) swapping places with it. (can't swap for 3 seconds if been damaged recently)
Cooldown: 24 seconds 3 charges 12 seconds between charges

Tier 1: +50dmg
Tier 2: after teleporting gain 4m/s
Tier 3: Scarecrows lose their faint green glow, and will now shoot enemies walking past (16m)

Ability 2: Out of my Field!
Shoot out a vine from the ground, controllable if you hold down the ability key. It has a range of 12m and will root the first enemy it hits for 1.4 seconds dealing 30dmg per second they are rooted.
Cooldown: 19 seconds

Tier 1: Range increased to 18m
Tier 2: +.9 seconds root
Tier 3: -6 second cooldown

Ability 3: Perch Up
After standing still for more than 3.5 seconds, gain a faint green glow around you. You are know treated as a "lookalike". If you are shot at you will teleport behind the enemy who shot you dealing 150dmg (1.2x spirit scaling). (You will lose the green glow when Tier 3 is active for Ability 1).
Passive Ability

Tier 1: stand still time decreased to 1.5 seconds
Tier 2: +0.8x spirit scaling
Tier 3: While standing still, your cooldowns are reduced by 1.5 seconds for every second you are a "lookalike"

Ability 4: Don't be scared!
Select one enemy in range (20m), they go insane. All players near the enemy turn into Scarecrow, running towards them. Shooting the main scarecrow kills lookalikes nearby chasing the enemy. If a lookalike or the main scarecrow reach the enemy they explode dealing 300dmg (1.2x spirit scaling). Shooting the wrong scarecrow makes the main scarecrow teleport behind the enemy dealing 400dmg (1.5x spirit scaling) then ending the ult) Lasts for 9 seconds.
Cooldown: 90 seconds
Tier 1: spawn an extra 5 scarecrows inside your ult
Tier 2: -10 second cooldown
Tier 3: Shooting the wrong scarecrow no longer ends the ult
