Given the large quantity of pigeons in the Cursed Apple and the soul? pigeons flying around one would think someone would be taking care of them. This hero concept is that person.
Weapon would be a Duck Foot pistol, if you don't know what that is, it's a pistol with 4 barrels on it, would basically have splitshot integrated, obviously the gun itself would be kinda weak to balance it out.
Ability 1 Throw bird seed on to your opponents or the ground, pigeons would show up and start pecking, kinda like vindicta's crow but AoE, the longer the seed stays on the ground, more pigeons show up.
Ability 2 Carrier pigeon, send one of your active items to an ally via carrier pigeon (e.g. someone across the map is weak, send a pigeon with healing nova to them) This would work with any self cast item (Nova, Beam, Divine Barrier, Scourge etc). Since you are sending someone an item, the item would go on cooldown as well as the ability. Maybe you could also send offensive items to enemies (Alchemical Fire, Slowing Hex, Disarming Hex etc)
Ability 3 Passive, Birds Eye View reveal enemies on the map if theres pigeons feeding nearby
Ultimate Release a giant flurry of pigeons from a cage (kinda like the wedding pigeon cages) these do spirit damage.
