Inspired by the painting of the bird person flying over the city in the deadlock lobby.
Carrier is the postmaster for New York City, He uses his army of pigeons to defeat enemies and deliver mail.
Weapon: He flicks his arm to send feathers out at his enemies.
Ability 1: (Long Range) sends a pidgeon to a selected location, the pidgeon provides vision in that area. If an enemy walks close enough to the pigeon it throws a package at them and flies away, The pigeon can be shot to scare it off. (Potentiol upgrade is that it heals enemies who walk near)
Ability 2: flaps his wings, creating a gust of wind that carries mail in it knocking enemies back and out of the air. The mail slices through them doing damage.
Ability 3: (Passive) increased air jump and air dash height. holding space allows him to fall slowly and clicking ctrl puts him into a glide/dive. (upgrades for this could include: Damage increase while airborne, greater buffs to glide or jump height), Landing from a glide does spirit aoe at landing zone.
Ultimate: Select a location on the map where pigeons accumulate and fly in a circle, forming a tornado full of packages and letters.
