If you go to phantom strike a target and then press say, blackhole, it'll be in the middle of teleporting to the target, then cancel it and prioritise blackholing, which ruins the initiation because the sequence gets flipped. Needs to be the case that it allows the ult to finish, then queues up the next thing.
