It says it pulls people to the ground and applies several effects. Is it supposed to keep pulling me to the ground for the next 4 seconds? How come this effect doesn't work on Mina when she is ulting? How come I fall straight off buildings, jump has 30x gravity, lash 2 doesn't work?
