Performance issues

When I'm facing away from the center and not experiencing the lag, I can see that in the console. When I'm lagging, the console spams "[Client] server acknowledged to slot 9 client only predicted into 6 slots, full repredict will occur" at an incredible pace. It will do one pair (eg. 9, 6) of numbers for ~10 messages and then change to a new pair of numbers.
YESSSSSSSSS just noticed this, both messages appear when i look at the center of the map, otherwise nothing. took the pic w my phone because i tried disabling steam ui along w trying other things and nothing helps: disabled mods, reinstalled, updated drivers, used an ultra low graphics config, deleted shadercache, gave admin privileges and bypassed defender.
what seemed to work the best (kind of) was turning off turbo speeds on my cpu, makes the game try to do the shader preloading (with turbo speeds on it happens too but it takes less time) still some minutes into the match and run "well", but with lots of stutters; only tried on bot matches though and i'm not sure if it was placebo or really did give me more time

I would like to bump this too because I used to play with a friend with a very low end PC and integrated graphics.

However, he played very well with min graphics and 30 fps

Since the major update he can't play at all.

After some investigations, we realized he has the same issue, when looking away from mid, he has 30 fps still.

When looking towards mid, he has the same issue, and 5 fps, this is a screenshot from him:

I'd hope this gets fixed so I can play again with him.

+ for visibility the same issue is happening with me

For people experiencing stutters:
I started force closing the game with task manager as soon as matchmaking finds a game. I then open the game and rejoin as soon as the button to rejoin the game appears. (skipping pre compile shader cache shenanigans and whatever the game loads on the hub)

Minimal stutters, game is playable again
Not sure if this is placebo and the stutters are mostly gone because of todays mini-patch, but i will keep doing it since its working.

give that a try
force close game with task manager when matchmaking finds a match, open game and rejoin as soon as possible
any other fixes for this? i've tried this some to no avail. weirdly, the first game i have after launch is totally fine, but every game after i get stuttering, and i feel like it also gets worse the more games i go without restarting.

im using a custom config to be able to get through the first 5-10 minutes but the repredict still wriggles its way through . that closing the game trick (or just letting the precompiling happen in a previous session) only brings it up to like maybe a full 3-2 street brawl match . insane that this has been happening for weeks for basically anyone with integrated graphics and nobody seems to care #sadface #sad #1millionsadcryingbabies #anditsvalvesfault

What drives me crazy is at the start of the game ill have like, 70-80 frames. Then as the game progresses I'll start dipping to low 50 mid 40 and then eventually 40-35 lategame. Mind you I'm aware that later in the game there are more particles to render and characters as teamfights start to unfold... BUT I didnt really have these bad of issues before the patch to THIS extent. It seems like the longer the game goes, the worse the game runs. I have a FPS config and everything set to low with stretch enabled for maximum fps. I have many windows processes turned off and a process boost via Razer AND Process Lasso putting the game on high priority/max cpu etc. The game STILL runs poopy. It sucks because this game has been a fixation and VERY fun but I can't play it on a competitive level realistically. I've gotten to Oracle but If I go any higher I'll be dealing with people that have way better equipment and its not fair.

Specs:
Windows 10
Ryzen 7 2700 3.2GHz
RX 570 8GB

Game installed onto SSD

I'll currently get microstutters sometimes but around other players / fights with more than 3 people It'll framedrop or even hang and crash drivers which also crashes the game which doesn't seem to be tied to any part of the map. I'm not quite sure if this is the same issue but this post has a very similar console:
Can any of you open up the console and see if this message pops up? I want to see if anyone has the same results (This MIGHT help narrow it down, I THINK. Not sure if this helps... or if the developers can even do anything about it...)

I haven't really been able to diagnose it as any background processes or anything and only started *after* the update with Silver. I do have a couple of clips where this happens + console afterwards when it does not crash.

I have noticed other folks having Intel+NVIDIA systems with similar stutters but no major hangs in teamfights nor driver crashes.

GPU: Radeon RX 9070XT

Game is installed on an M.2
