Per Item Cast Mode

Lets have the settings allow per item cast modes. For example having vortex web on instant cast but rescue beam on confirm cast.

This allows vortex web to be instantly cast for quick combos by pressing its keybind, but rescue beam to be cast with a confirmed cast to rescue beam the correct player.

Would love to see this. Alchemcial flask is an item I want in quick cast, but be really I want healing rite or rescue beam on instant.

I made an account just to suggest something like this: I want to be able to put a single item slot on confirm cast so that I don't fatfinger the Golden Goose Egg while using other items, while keeping my other actives on instant.

Agreed! It's super useful to have instant cast for support items. I love having instant cast on most abilities/items, but AoE stuff is quick/confirm cast for me. Rescue Beam is great for instant, but for something like vortex web it really helps to be able to see the actual area of effect.
