Patron Transforming not lowering respawn time

Happened to me in match 36004479, our Patron got transformed but my team's respawn timers didn't go down. This might be a change I didn't notice but I could swear the timer was lowered in other matches this patch.

Saw the same exact bug. No timer reduction on Patron's second phase.
