[Patches] Seamstress with enchanted fabric used to support and devastate

Patches is a concept hero ive been brewing since I began playing Deadlock, so hopefully I can ramble to you lot and see if y'all like it, here we go.

Born in poverty, Patches spent the majority of her time fighting just to survive, never having the chance to explore the world around her, until she came across an enchanted spool of textile, its myriad uses granted her the ability to help those closest to her, and fight back against those who would wish her harm, however she never noticed the growing curse within the cloth, as she used it more and more, slowly she would become the very enchanted fabric she used, her skin sloughing off into ribbons of magical glyphs, the fear was only part of it. the knowledge that her days were numbered dreaded her, leading her to seek out the patrons wish, however she must make a monumental decision, to free herself of a curse doomed to kill her, or to save her family.

General stats (im not going to get into specifics because otherwise game updates will inevitably change the minute details)
low starting health and stamina amount, but high move speed

Weapon "Tailor's Epitaph"
shoots a slow moving high damage blast of enchanted fabric, low ammo with mediocre reload speed but high damage at close range

1st Ability: "Hemmed cyclone" (charged ability)
Throw a bundle of glyphed cloth that creates a shrinking rune tornado, the tornado heals allies and damages enemies within its radius, the damage and healing amount fades as it shrinks over time

2nd Ability: "Twisting tunnel"
Send out a twisted knot of needles and string, once it reaches its maximum range, it will explode and pull any enemies caught in the range of either the knot or the string towards the source of what pulled them (if the string pulls them they will be pulled to the center of where the string was fired) and apply slow

3rd Ability: "Barrier Weft"
A portion of all weapon damage applies barrier equal to a percentage of the damage dealt, Tier 3 upgrade allows spirit damage to also apply barrier, the amount of barrier is capped at 50% max health

4th Ability: "Merciful bind"
Attach a bundle of enchanted cloth to an ally or enemy, after a delay, the bundle implodes, either dealing a large amount of damage and applying curse to the enemy, or healing a large amount of health and, if the allied target dies during the delay before it implodes, revives them at half health

If any Valve devs see this and want to take any ideas from this, PLEASE DO, i would be so incredibly honoured to even have just one thing from my ramblings be considered. Anywho, thank you for taking the time to read my Hero concept, and please leave any suggestions or criticisms in the replies!
