If you press parry to cancel an ability and own Majestic Leap, it will move you as if you triggered Majestic Leap's drop down without needing to use Majestic Leap.
This video demonstrates this with Kelvin's Ice Beam, but it applies to any ability that can be directly cancelled with parry.
