Pain Killer: A green item designed to make some characters more stubborn to kill and easier to farm/mid-boss. Suggested price: 6300
  • When being damaged, the hero cannot die to damage below 150 while red health is available. (That is to say, damage done continuously.)
  • Red Health will not disappear unless the Hero does not take damage for 2 seconds and is damaged again. This effect has an 8 second cooldown.
  • +1 m/s Sprint Speed.
  • +5 Health Regen.
  • +10 Health Regen if red health is present.
The idea here is to have a hero capable of ignoring neutral damage as threatening while still putting themselves in fear of other players cutting off their temporary regen. It would still be possible to burst down a hero who has this item but there is a chance they could still get their skills off if the other team isn't coordinated. In addition, they could possibly flee with stray bullets not being enough to secure the kill. I think this would be good on heroes with important ults or life giving abilities who might just need one extra second to pull it off.
