I think making any spirit damage is not viable, since it will practically melt people(especially if it will have spirit scaling) , just imagine infernus with an item like that, or geist with Mystic Reverb this kind of item and her max essence bomb upgrade XD. Or maybe make it a 6k item

That is the literal idea of that item and its typical build (LoL has more than one of these items of various types and one that makes them crit too). It would need to be adjusted to fit this game some how. Your version that you made previous to this seems decent. But the over all idea is some how applying that %hp damage debuff with something other than bullets.

And yes some characters would be crazy with it. Thats just par for the course.
