Basically observer wards from Dota 2 but with a talkative personality like the urn.
I won't bother with pricing and item type I'm sure the devs will choose what's best for that!
I did want to suggest how they function. They should be attachable to any surface, are invisible but work similar to Haze's invisibility where they can be seen as a subtle shimmer when you are close. Attaching them to any surface means they can be placed in some very interesting ways. Imagine inside the ceiling of the 2 story build with the all the windows or inside one of the holes on top of mid boss.
They only spot enemies in line of sight but they will announce them to the allied team occasionally. I love the urn's personality and I'd love to see the wards have something similar. Maybe to give the enemy team a bit of a hint as to where they are it mocks enemy players nearby. It could giggle and snicker, tell them things like "Wrong way dummy!", and generally be annoying. My head cannon for them is goblins like techies so they talk to each other and gossip about the enemy players that pass by. Imagine a enemy hero gets close and one goblin starts freaking out in whispers like "Shhh... Shut up, she's getting closer!", "Oh shit did she see us...".
