When I try to start matchmaking, I can't join the game; it says "deadlock, network not connected."

I fixed it thanks to this video. It says CS, but since it's for Steam, it also compensates for deadlock.

Damn, can't find a file like that among my steam directory or in the Deadlock files

Edit: I have verified the game files as well and it is still not there
