Game ends, then match must be abandoned

As of 3/25, a match ended and I queued up for the next game. then it connected me to the old one that had already ended and i could not queue up for another one until i "abandoned" that match, resulting in a penalty.

It's likely the server crashing, usually need to wait 10min and restart for the prompt to go away.
