New T1 Vitality Item: Stamina Regen [Imbue}

I like this item. I think it needs a little more base stats though. Comparing to extra stamina
35 bonus health is better than 40 combat shield.
6% firerate is probably better than 10% movement slow resist.
16% stamina recovery and 1 stamina is almost certainly better than the imbue ability.

I would switchout the 40 combat shield for 40 health and add 1 regen.

How about 80 combat shield, +1 regen, +15%-20% movement resist. I'm imagining people putting this on rapid recharge builds for quick getaways or pursuits. I want it to be useful late game thence the slow resist, but stuck to an non-upgradable tier 1 as tax.

Actually you could probably make it generate 2 stamina instead.

Make it a 1,250 item and you can easily have it fully restore all stamina, wouldn't be that unbalanced. Like Quicksilver it would probably be in almost every build but that wouldn't make it overpowered, just really nice to have

The tier 1 slow resist alone would be pretty viable as a counter pick against anyone who has a slow and needs it to confirm early kills (basically everyone in the game). Making an ability regain stamina could be very strong on somebody. I'm having a hard time thinking of a hero who has a really good movement ability on a charge system, and really loves having more stamina...

I like it, but I disagree with some of the other posters who say the stats are under-pitched. Considering that this item can be put on charged abilities (such as Mcginnis Turrets or Mirage's Scarabs) this could effectively generate a lot of stamina in a very short time span (way more than extra stamina).

Interesting concept, really.

But you're not going to use your charges like charge 1-dash change 2-dash charge 3- dash. Stamina from a bunch of charges will.be wasted most likely.

People absolutely would burn a charge on a lesser ability for stamina. They already did with reloads, that's why quicksilver reload had to get it's cooldown more than doubled.

65 damage and a free reload is way better than a stamina though. Quicksilver absolutely needed the nerf.
