Right now slork's (force of habit sorry) abilities feel too standard and disconnected. I think you should embrace his animalistic ultimate predator qualities. His ult is already a step in the right direction and his 2 works well. But I think you can go further and make him a slippery stealthy wallclimbing/running assassin.
You could give him an ability to latch onto walls and crawl across them which would bring a really unique gameplay style in a movement shooter.
Maybe his ult could be even simpler and just give him stealth until seen or he attacks. Then he can combine the two abilites together. He can stealth up with his ult, then crawl along walls and when the time is right use his 2 to pounce on his enemies and strike at the perfect time.
I think this would much further emphasise his lore, be an interesting avenue to go in a movement shooter, ties into previously attempted moba mechanics and would be really fun and interesting.
