Placement rules: Within 5 meters of any jungle camp, can be placed on any wall.
Object health - 3 autos with an internal cd of .5s that prevents too much damage at any given time
Description:
[Active]: Place a watchful Cuckoo clock near a neutral camp. If an enemy is seen within a 2m radius, the clock will activate, dealing hero melee damage to the enemy, stunning for .5 seconds, and forces the enemy to drop any bag of souls they may be carrying. Enemy will be unable to pick up bags for 5 seconds.
[Passive]: Receive an alert when a Cuckoo clock is destroyed.
+10% ammo.
Basically, something that slightly punishes mindless counter jungling, and can be used as a path blocker during chases in the later stages of the game. Possible room for upgrade?
