A Fates Tale

The thing about university students is that they always get into trouble, a spectral frat party here, a mystical hex for a prank there. It should be expected of course, especially for Cheryl, Micheal and Sam, that trouble had a tendency of colliding with them.

Having grown up with the supernatural at their disposal granted them near infinite means for pranks and mischief. Along with an avenue for cheating in exams. One day, Micheal got it in his head that he and his friends could summon a being from another plane to help them cheat, someplace Higher. And so he got his friends to do a teensy, small ritual.

Details are sparse, it could have been anything that the students didn't account for. A misplaced foot, a word spelt wrong, a single milliliter of wrong fluid. Or maybe, horrifyingly enough, the ritual went exactly as it was meant to, unbeknownst to the trio.

All we know is that the 3 children are missing, and a twisted amalgamation of what could barley be called a man stepped out of the portal and is now at large within the city. With whatever motive on its mind being its sole. driving. force...
