New HP bars don't properly render after 2600 HP

Below 2600 health, every tick of HP is represent by a 200 health hp tick.
Infernus on the left has 600 HP, which means he has 3 bars, each tick being 200 hp.
Gray Talon on the right has 2,637 hp, which is divided into 13 ticks on the hp bar.
Now here comes the problem.
Infernus in middle has 3,160, which is divided again into 13 ticks on the hp bar. The difference is that these ticks do not represent 200 hp, but represent 243 hp per tick.
So everyone with over 2,600 health will look at a glance like they only have 2,600 health, leading to bad judgment calls about how tanky/killable they are.
I'm not sure if this is considered a bug, but I did notice it I didn't see any posts about in the bug section.
