Nerf Stamina Mastery or prevent Lash from buying this item.

This item allows any noob to cross the entire map in 10 seconds without doing absolutely anything. I can’t take being ganked anymore by a Lash who comes bouncing across the whole map and then drops on my head to one-shot me.
It’s absolutely ridiculous that he can have movement items when his kit is already brain-dead and gives him free mobility. He’s very hard to kill, and he doesn’t even need to be a good player — just knowing how to use the flying rope already lets him do a lot. Adding Stamina Mastery on top of that completely breaks the game’s dynamics.
I think it’s fair for Mina / Holliday / Pocket / Paradox / Apollo to use Stamina Mastery, since they actually need it to move around the map. But this item completely breaks the game — I hate it.

Yeah man, I'll buy spell breaker with 10-15 minutes of game time, you're right.
And no, this isn't rage bait, all the characters I mentioned aren't really fair, but compared to a character that instantly kills you by falling on your head, they're pretty fair to be honest, since you need to hit something xD

actual skill issue, on early, buy spirit shielding, keep it till u buy of either spirit resilience or spellbreaker, done

Lash is one of those characters where Counterspell is so easy to use it makes his ult useless against any noob with it. Also, this is the second thread I've seen of you crying for benign things to be nerfed because of your skill issues.
