[NEED YOUR HELP] Need help finding a massive voiceline bug

This bug could be affecting a lot of people without the devs realising

Context:
I was making a forums post suggestion to add a specific Holliday voiceline to the game however a Valve developer said that the voiceline I wanted was already in the game. But I know I have never heard these voicelines in the game so I looked through the files and voicelines and saw there are a bunch of voicelines present in the files that I never heard in my games

What I need help with:

Please let me know in the comments if you have heard of these voicelines in public matches:​

(not bot matches because I found out certain voicelines only play in bot matches and not public matches)

1. Killstreak voiceline from your Patron when enemy gets 3 kills (e.g. Abrams (Male Patron): Kill the detective before he gets out of hand)
2. Ally reaction to Abrams Unkillable voicelines (e.g. Billy: Glad the blue guy's on our side)
3. Ally reaction to Abrams stunning a bunch of enemies at once
4. Pass on Zipline voicelines (plays when you and a ally go the opposite ways on a zipline)
5. Big Blackhole voiceline from allies (e.g. Holliday: Help the Professor)
6. Big Haze ult (e.g. Doorman: I could watch her dance for hours)
7. Being Lasso'd by Holliday (e.g. Billy: This is entrapment)
8. When a teammate sees Holliday Lasso an enemy (e.g. Billy: We gotta help Holliday)
9. Enemy reaction to holliday running away on a jumpad
10. Ally reaction to Infernus destroying an objective quickly
11. Ally reaction to Ivy using Watchers Covenant to take an objective
12. Enemy reaction to killing Kelvin on Ice Path
13. Ally reaction to Lady Geist doing a big swap
14. Ally reaction to Lash having a massive ground slam
15. Enemy reaction to destroying McGinnis turrets
16. Ally reaction to McGinnis getting a kill with a wall
17. Enemy reaction to killing Paradox out of swap
18. Ally reaction to Paradox swapping enemy into tower
19. Ally reaction to Seven getting a multi kill
20. Ally reaction to Shiv getting a multi kill
21. Ally reaction to Shiv being unkillable
22. Ally reaction to Vindicta doing a far snipe
23. Enemy reaction to being sniped by Vindicta
24. Enemy reaction to killing Vindicta while flying
25. Ally reaction to see Warden do a big ult
26. Ally reaction to Yamato getting a kill after Flying Strike

Those were all the voicelines that I tested that I couldn't hear in a public game. To test if this bug is affecting everyone, please let me know if you also do not hear any of these voicelines in your game.

I've had people hear a few of these in game and a few of them have not. Also I spoke with a developer who said some of these voicelines are in the game

maybe he meant theyre in the game files just not in game yet cuz none of those can be heard in game

4. Never, confident by 5/5 (100% sure didnt ever hear it but could be something i never noticed or volume was too low)
5, Pretty sure yes but in my mind its lady geist that says something, maybe when enemy dynamo ults.

8. Pretty sure yes, confident by 3/5 though. I do remember voicelines i think lady geist that says "holliday got one!"

10. Absolutely never really but must be rare.
11. i main ivy and i can confidently say i never read about that, although this might only play if youre non ivy but i never heard an ally say that as ivy.
12. Pretty sure never but might be rare.

21. Patron says voicelines about shiv and sometimes abrams such as "someone gotta stop shiv before its too late" or "someone gotta stop shiv from healing", im pretty sure lady geist does says similar voicelines

26. Dont think i ever heard of it but since its quite rare its possible i didnt notice.

Overall, if i get to hear the audios of voicelines i will be more sure if i ever heard of it
