Mystic Slow item does not display Fire Rate debuff accurately

Supressor item shows the appropriate debuff icon (fire rate slow: orange bullets with a red streak) but Mystic Slow seems to only show the movement speed debuff (purple dripping effect). This has only been noticed on the target dummy in Sandbox, so I am unsure if fire rate slow is still applied.
