In my opinion Alternate Fire's are very fun to use, but unfortunately they're completely unexplored item-wise, so I decided to come up with an Item that would make Alternate Fire's more threatening and worth using more in the mid to late-game. While thinking of how the Item would work I realized it was really similar to Mystic Shot, so I decided to make it an upgrade to the aforementioned item. The Item stats are in the image below (Alongside a rough idea for an Item Icon that resembles a Cannon Ball being fired)

My thought process behind each aspect the Item is as follows:
STATS: Compared to Mystic Shot, both the Weapon Damage and Spirit Power is slightly increased, and a slight Fire Rate bonus is added on. My reasoning behind adding Fire Rate is that it complements the Item's Passive by letting you charge the Mystic Blast quicker, which gives it a nice synergy with itself.
PASSIVE: The Item's Passive is quite different from Mystic Shot, now no longer granting Spirit Damage on bullets fired by Primary Fire. However, the Spirit Damage and Spirit Power Scaling are both increased, and the Mystic Blast now applies Spirit Resist Reduction for a decent amount of time.
The Spirit Damage of Mystic Blast's Passive is quite high with a high Spirit Power Scaling number due to the Item's high cost and, compared to other T3 damaging Items like Headhunter and Improved Burst, slight difficulty in activating the Passive. It's, however, still lower than Improved Burst's (most of the time anyways) due to Mystic Blast's additional utility and significantly better stats
The reason I added Spirit Resist Reduction as opposed to any other stats to the Passive is because generally speaking, Mystic Shot is mostly purchased in builds with a Spirit focus where your Weapon slots aren't in great contention. This grants those Spirit builds a second Weapon Item that grants Spirit Resist Reduction, the other one being the rather expensive Crippling Headshot. It also grants players a reason to pick this item up, since a mere increase in numbers would simply not be enough to dish out 3k Souls for this Item otherwise. I made the Spirit Resist Reduction lower than many other sources however, since having somewhat affordable Spirit Resist Reduction in an Item slot that's usually free in Spirit Builds would be, in my opinion, highly valuable.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- This Item cannot be bought by any characters without an Alt-Fire similarly to Extra Charge + Character's without Charged abilities. Therefore, only Shiv, Viscous and Yamato can buy this Item.
- The "Buildup Per Shot" stat is based off of Viscous's Primary Fire. Shiv and Yamato would build more Charge per shot.
- The Spirit Resist Reduction from Mystic Blast applies after it's Spirit Damage.
- Mystic Blast's Spirit Resist Shred can apply to multiple targets if the Alt-Fire can hit multiple foes (which, currently, every Alt-Fire can)
- Mystic Blast cannot Charge while the Passive is on Cooldown, meaning in a longer fight the Spirit Resist Reduction might have a slight downtime if you have no Cooldown Reduction items.
