Mystic Reverb has no interaction with Abrams 1

Tested in sandbox vs the dummy. You can imbue Abrams 1 with Mystic Reverb but it does nothing.

Expected result: damage burst upon use, or inability to imbue.

Reverb works on other DoT AOEs like Ivy 1, Seven 1, and Infernus 2.
