Movement punishment ability

Punishing huge mobility heroes is very dificult when they have slow resistance. So I've been thinking of an Area of denial ability that could be tied as an effect to a hero. Similar to Dota 2 Rupture

"When inside this zone" -> If the unit moves, it takes damage based on the distance moved, Damage can be avoided if you crouch walk. (Could be tied to Ivy 1, Moving in a bramble should hurt more than standing on it)

"When effect applies" -> If the unit moves, it takes damage based on the distance moved for a short period, Damage can be avoided by crouch walking (Was thinking on traps of Trapper or an ultimate of a hero that moves enemies around)

tbf I just want to catch up to those racecar builds haha... Thoughts?
