Movement and skill buttons stick at random moments when they are used

Fix the bug where if I somehow hold down the alt key and the movement button at the same time, then after releasing the alt key, the character just starts moving in some direction, as if the movement button is stuck. And fix another bug where FOR SOME REASON QUICK CAST DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. If I shoot while holding the left mouse button and want to use a skill, the button also seems to get stuck and the skill doesn't work at all, but just shows a preview of its range! It's fucking infuriating when you can get an easy kill, but because of this ridiculous, long-standing bug, you can't. I have abilities set to apply instantly when I release the skill button, but only at random moments. If you're holding down the left mouse button while shooting and want to use a skill, it simply doesn't apply. At least, that's my guess as to why, as it happens at extremely random moments in fights, so it's unclear why exactly it happens. Perhaps I'm simply pressing other skills quickly, causing them to be applied simultaneously, but I'm not sure.

I have never had any of those bugs. Can it be something with your mouse/keyboard, or maybe any overlay on top of the game? Anything in the background?

Now that I think of, it might be something with ALT key. I don't use ALT key at all.
By the way it's hard to read the post, it could use some spacing.

No, it has nothing to do with the keyboard or mouse, my friend, who has completely different devices, has the same problem
