Mouse4 and Mouse5 buttons not work as should

Looks like binding Extra Info and Scoreboard to Mouse4 and Mouse5 broken. After first "holding" m4 or m5 button, next times it works as "toggle", not holding, but sometimes holding works as should. Maybe I can fix it by myself? Because for me, holding LALT to ping for players and other stuff a bit difficult, and my wrist start hurting
