The match is above. Mo looked like he was animation cancelling his burrow to take advantage of some sort of invulnerability frame. Was ACTUALLY unkillable for the entire duration of his burrow instead of just being super resistant. There was nothing to shoot or target with an ability for damage.
He seemed to intentionally do it. I am also submitting it as an exploit being used on purpose. He stopped doing it after being accused of it in the late-game.
