As title says, after entering tunnels you can fall from the map, can't check at the moment if it's because Burrow ran out in a tunnel instead of one of the cubbys or if it's bad map geometry.
After falling I ended up behind one of Mid Boss' decorative windows, since it's valid mapping to stand in.
Warp stone doesn't work, unstick hero doesn't work. But you can still cast abilities through it since you get LOS through some small cracks between the stairs and mid boss map.
