Missing 5.1 Surround Sound Option After Latest Update

Hey everyone,
It looks like we lost the ability to use 5.1 surround sound after the last big update. The settings for it are missing from the audio menu now. Anyone else noticing this, or is there a workaround? Hope the devs are aware.
