Mina's Love Bites does not apply on-hit effects

Mina's Love Bites applies both the large burst and the small spirit damage on every bullet. The latter does not apply any on-hit effects, from things like Suppressor or Mystic Slow. This may be intended behavior, as it seems like it might be too strong otherwise, but it should at least say so in the tooltip.

Interestingly, it doesn't work with Mystic Regeneration, but the upgraded version Radiant Regeneration works with it. May be a bug.

Doesn't work with Mystic Vulnerability and Escalating Exposure either, which is a shame. Should work as nothing in ability or item description would indicate otherwise.
