Mina's Love Bite Passive does not proc Mystic Regeneration

Mystic Regen is supposed to proc when ANY amount of Spirit Damage is applied to an enemy hero and stack with each unique enemy hero hit.

Love Bites gives Mina's bullets spirit damage on every shot so this should proc Mystic Regen but it doesn't, it only procs when the passive Love Bite activates to deal the burst spirit damage

Nowhere in the tooltip for love bites does it say that love bites doesn't proc item effects, ergo this is a bug.

Weirdly enough, love bites does proc radiant regen.

Just because something is not in the tooltip does not deconfirm its status as a confirmed feature, lmfao. Bebop's Hyper Beam, Warden's Lash Stand and McGinnis's Heavy Barrage all deal 50% less damage to objectives but it isn't listed in their tooltips.

Billy's max 1 or viscous max 3 says "deals heavy melee damage", but it still respects some rules of heavy melees such as having normal cd on melee lifesteal/spirit strike procs instead of double the CD. Please think before you speak.

Every single item in the game that has an on-hit spirit effect doesn't proc on love bits on-hit damage, while radiant regen is the only exception. What does that tell you?
