Most gun procs/abilities that give the enemy an indicator above your player model also appear next to your healthbar (mirage marks, toxic bullets etc)
However Mina's love bites have a different indicator on the far left, I assume this is just an old indicator that hasn't been changed, just bringing to attention as it's far less clear/intuitive than the other indicators. Same for Vyper's 2 (lethal venom), there may be more but I haven't checked.
Also you do not get an indicator for when her love bites are on cooldown on you, could be intentional but would be nice to know.
