How to do:
1. Press Mina's Ult Key
2. Attach to a zipline by holding spacebar
The result is that her ult will activate while travelling on the zipline, and works as normal besides allowing her to attach to a zipline during its use. The reason I believe this is a bug is because no other character (to my knowledge) is able to activate abilities while on a zipline, and cannot attach to a zipline while using any abilities.
