As it stands currently, there is a small bug with Mina and her usage of Sanguine Retreat and Nox Nostra.
Normally with this ability, you are able to use Nox Nostra and then activate Sanguine Retreat while doing so.
However, if you the ability set to Quick Cast, you cannot use Sanguine Retreats Initial cast while in Nox Nostra, only the Recast can be done.
