Mina's rake cone hitbox is way more generous towards the right than to the left. Abrams is outside the visual and hits if abrams is to the right, but misses if he's inside it on the left leading me to believe that the actual hitbox and the visual has some sort of offset between them
You can see the feint outline on the floor of this not hitting Abrams despite him clearly being inside it
