Mercurial Magnum does not scale with Shiv's alt-fire

Mercurial Magnum's spirit bullet damage on proc deals the same damage on both Shiv's left-click and right-click shots.

I believe this is an oversight and prevents an otherwise interesting interaction.

Yamato right click (and probably other alt fires) also do this probably because it specifically follows the main base damage. Would be cool if it different.
