Melee range feels far here

What's the match ID? I am guessing he got Melee Charge early but I can't tell without watching the replay.my first "what" was because I missed the dagger, ignore me
But the melee hit felt so far away from me and still landed
I think it's 29490499. I believe he had Melee Charge at this point
Melee Charge extends the melee range and feels really far in the early game. This looks normal.
Travel distance looks normal. Punch distance is absurd.
This happens quite often actually, Ive found that dodging into the punch works faaaar better than away. They will very often connect were you stood even though you are a full dodge lenght away from that point.
You can test this in demo mode. If you dodge away he will often get you but visually it looks like a perfect dodge. If you dodge into him he will rarely get you. You just have to get one inch behind his punch and you are safe.
