Matchmaking banned for nothing

Finished a match and returned to lobby. Got matchmaking banned for 15 minutes. There was a bug on leaving the match that warned I would be penalized for leaving but the window dissappeared before i could select an option.

i got matchmaking banned aswell just now, i tried to queue while steam was down minutes ago. i got banned for connexion issues before but here it seems to be steam, (and its a 24h ban, if i somehow can get unbanned it would be really cool)
