Penalty for nothing

i literally finished a match but after i went back to lobby after the match was done it kept saying to reconnect to abandoned match so when i did it just showed the screen of mvp and stuff after the match so only thing i could do was abandon it and now i have a 2 hour penalty is there any way to avoid this

Next time just close game? if you close game, most of time you are not penalise but sometimes you are just getting f.
