Master Armament; T3 weapon item that gives each hero a new Unique gun

I'm sure many of us have seen the "Blue items" thread which hopes to emulate the idea of how Agahnim's Scepter works from DotA2.

I decided to take an alternative route. This item upgrades the one thing that every hero has in common, their gun. Some heroes gain Alt-fire modes. Some have how their primary fire works. In many cases, heroes gain improved utility between their gun and their abilities!

Here is a list of ideas for each hero's "Master Armament"
  • Abrams (Cold Case)
    • Alt-Fire now fires Large Slug rounds (Same ammo consumption as normal)
    • Each round deals 4x Normal Gun damage
    • Each round also deals 3x Normal gun damage as Spirit damage + additional Spirit scaling
  • Bebop(Sticky Surprise)
    • Primary Fire changed to a Laser bolt with Extremely high (1500+) bullet velocity
    • The rounds have a maximum range of 60m
    • Shots build up to set up a Sticky Bomb
  • Calico(The Claw)
    • Spread shot now only fires 4 Parallel Shots, each dealing 50% additional damage
    • Shots stack up a Bleed on the target (deals 2% target's maximum health per second as Spirit damage)
    • Bleeding targets suffer 100% additional damage from Gloom bombs and 30% additional
      damage from Return to Shadows.
  • Dynamo (The Entangler)
    • Alt-Fire now launches a wave of bullets that travel in a sine pattern (Fires 31 bullets in a large spread, Each shot consumes 10 rounds, Fire rate is 40% of base rate)
    • Each round deals 7% normal Gun damage
    • Can deal damage through (thin, <1m thick)walls, but damage is halved for each wall that the bullet passes through.
  • Grey Talon (Vengeance)
    • Bow has increased fire rate (+50%) but 20% reduced base damage
    • Applies a debuff on targets hit, converting 40% of all Spirit damage dealt by Grey Talon into Weapon damage.
  • Haze (Twin Nightmares)
    • Alt Fire now causes Haze to Bound forward, dealing Weapon damage (6x) to targets nearby.
    • Consumes 8 Bullets per bound
    • Bounding is now impeded by movement slows, but is affected by dash speed slows.
    • Bound damage applies 5 stacks of Fixation on hit.
    • Fire rate is .6 Bounds per second.
  • Holliday (Desperado)
    • Alt Fire now fires in a 6 Round burst (Bursts fired at 33% of base fire rate)
  • Infernus (The Good Burn)
    • Alt-Fire now fires a Spread shot with 12 shots (Consumes 15 ammo, .7 Shots per second fire rate)
    • The spread is roughly similar in spread to Abrams base gun.
    • Of note: Hitting all pellets on a single target instantly stacks Afterburn regardless of where you hit them.
  • Ivy (Harlem Savior)
    • Alt-fire releases a mystic Beam and quickly drains ammo. Heals Allies hit by the beam for 30% of Weapon damage (+Spirit Scaling)
    • Beam can secure souls
    • Reload Speed is also reduced by 30%
  • Kelvin (Specter)
    • Primary Fire can now be fired while Channeling ANY other item or ability (including During things like Ethereal Shift and Arctic Beam)
    • Fire rate is reduced by 50% while channeling.
    • Headshot damage increased by 25% (Effectively un-nerfs Kelvin's Base headshot damage reduction)
  • Lady Geist (Oathkeeper Awakened)
    • Primary Fire rate and Ammo capacity Increased by 20%
    • Shooting an enemy hero extends the duration of any debuffs on the target.
    • Bullets have +30% Lifesteal against enemies affected by Life Drain
  • Lash (Magnificent Bastard)
    • Your bullets now fire in 5 round bursts. Each burst only consumes 3 ammo.
    • You deal +40% gun damage while in the air.
  • Mcginnis (Express Contract)
    • Primary Fire now works in reverse, initially firing at maximum fire rate with decaying Fire rate over time (Decay time is 4s)
    • Weapon Rewinds at 50% per second (total of 2s to reach maximum fire rate again after not firing)
    • Removes the Move speed penalty while shooting.
    • Reaching maximum fire rate decay restores 1 Stamina (8s Cooldown)
  • Mirage (Nashala's Gift)
    • Aiming down the sights with this gun now has a build up effect similar to Bebop's windup. Firing at maximum windup fires a single shot that consumes 5x ammo, but deals 4x bullet damage and immediately applies 2x Stacks of Djinn's Mark.
  • Mo and Krill (The Mine)
    • Mo now carries a large underarm Grenade Launcher. Alt-fire launches grenades that deal 8x bullet damage in a splash radius, but cost 3 ammo per shot (Similar to Yamato Alt-Fire)
    • For each enemy hero hit by the Alt-fire, Mo and Krill regain 3 ammo and gain +.6 weapon damage for 8s (Stacks up to 3 times).
  • Paradox (Ebb and Flow)
    • Each burst fired from Paradox's gun is now only 3 shots instead of 5, but base bullet damage is increased by 30%. Bullet size is also increased
  • Pocket (Stolen Inheritance)
    • Pocket can now alt fire to shoot in 3 round bursts.
  • Seven (Ascendancy)
    • Weapon no longer fires in 3 round bursts, but is instead full auto. +30% reload speed
  • Shiv (Broken Straight)
    • Alt-Fire no longer consumes additional ammo (Still has the reduced fire rate).
    • Primary fire has reduced Spread.
  • Sinclair (Magician's Best Friend)
    • When Sinclair uses Audience Participation on a target, they also duplicate any passive gun abilities that hero has for 30s. (Infernus would grant Afterburn, Haze gives Fixation, etc.) The tier of Audience Participation determines the tier of the copied passive.
    • Also Duplicates Alt-fire modes if present (but not alt-fire modes granted by a Master Armament)
    • This does not duplicate other Item passives (i.e. Tesla rounds, Toxic Bullets, etc.)
  • Vindicta (Hathorne's Bane)
    • Reduced fire rate (Fires more like a quick Carbine than a slow Full auto weapon), but Weapon damage is increased and long range damage fall off starts only after 40m. (Still reaches it's maximum at max range)
  • Viscous (Deep Secret)
    • Alt-Fire is changed to a constant short range Goo-spray cannon (similar to a Flame thrower, but with GOO).
    • Enemies hit by the Alt-fire are slowed and suffer additional melee damage for a short time.
  • Vyper (Jail Breaker)
    • Bullets from your gun pierce through your target.
    • Gun has reduced Spread.
  • Warden (The Crusader)
    • Alt-Fire now launches mines that can attach to surfaces.
    • After a brief arming delay (~1s) the mines will detonate when crossed and reduce movement and dash speed.
  • Wraith (The House)
    • Wraith's weapon gains ammo regeneration (15% of maximum capacity per second).
    • Reload speed is now based on % of missing ammo.
  • Yamato (Honor and Obligation)
    • For 4s after using Power Slash, Primary fire is changed to a 20m range air wave that deals ~40 (base damage) on a hit and consumes 3 ammo per slash.
    • This effect triggers even if Power Slash was not fully charged.
    • This effect fires at Yamato's normal Primary fire Fire rate.
    • As a visual, she now has a Wakizashi (A short, 1 handed Katana) as well as her standard Katana on the other side of her hip.
