Big list of support/vitality/utility items - Looking for feedback

I've been workshopping these for a while, finally feel comfortable putting them out for feedback and for the devs to see. Please let me know what you think!

Imaginary Friends (800)

Active: Nearby enemies hear false footstep and action audio from phantom allies, creating confusion and misdirection.
  • 20m Radius, 8s Duration, 30s Cooldown
  • Decreases footstep volume by 15%
  • Interrupted on damage
Passive: -15% footstep volume


Spirit Riposte (6400)

Upgrades from Counterspell
Passive: Imbue an ability. Successfully interrupting an enemy with spirit riposte gives a temporary spirit power.
  • If the parry blocked 300+ damage or a stun effect, refresh imbued ability
  • If the imbued ability is not used within 1s, it will go on a 25% cooldown
  • +40 spirit power on imbued ability for 3s
  • Can only imbue non-ultimate abilities

Banana Peel (3200)

Active: Place a slippery banana peel on the ground. When stepped on, players are launched at high speed in their movement direction. Taking damage or hitting walls during the slip causes a stun.
  • 0.9s stun on impact, 8s trap duration
  • 30-second cooldown, 3m placement range

Sacrificial Lamb (6400)

Active: Ward a target allied hero (cannot self-cast) for 6s. While within 20m, enemy single-target abilities, debuffs, and item actives that would hit the warded ally are redirected to you instead. If you break range, the ward ends early.
  • 55s cooldown

Percussive Maintenance (3200)

Upgrades from Rebuttal
Passive: Taking over 25% max health worth of melee damage from any source within a short window restores stamina and refreshes parry if yours was exhausted.
  • Restore three stamina, refresh parry
  • 8s damage window
  • 25s cooldown

Combat Medicine (6400)

Passive: Taking damage grants Trauma stacks. Healing allies grants Triage stacks. Each matched pair of stacks increases your healing effectiveness. Exceeding 12 trauma stacks resets all stacks and disables the item for 20 seconds.
  • +6% Healing Effectiveness per stack pair
  • 8s stack duration
  • Trauma: 1 stack gained for every 150 damage taken, once per second
  • Triage: 1 stack gained per 75 healing done once every 2 seconds, maximum of 10 stacks

Lead Boots (1600)

Passive: Fast fall costs no stamina and you have increased resistance to displacement effects. Damage coming from enemies at a lower elevation is reduced.
  • 30% Knockup/Lift Resistance
  • 20% Damage Reduction when attacked by enemies 5+ meters below you
  • Free Fast Fall

Deep Pockets (3200)

Passive: A portion of souls earned are stored in an unsecured orb instead of your wallet. Higher unsecured soul amounts increase combat effectiveness.
  • 60% of normally secured souls go into unsecured orb
  • Soul secure rate reduced by 65%
  • +0.9% fire rate per 100 unsecured souls
  • +0.7% ability and item cooldown reduction per 100 unsecured souls

Painted Ladder (1600)

Active: Quickly paint a climbable ladder on target wall. The painted area fades from bottom up quickly after being placed.
  • 15m vertical distance, 4s duration after placement
  • 25-second Cooldown, 5m Cast Range

Bootleg Ammo (3200)

Active: Your weapon fires uncontrollably with extreme recoil, propelling you backward. Each shot damages you, and the magazine explodes at the end.
  • Self-damage per shot does 10% normal damage, explosive finale stuns nearby enemies
  • Uncontrolled fire until magazine empties

Downforce (1600)

Passive: Gain improved control and maneuverability while sliding.
  • Enhanced slide steering

Slide Kick (3200)

Upgrades from Downforce
Passive: Sliding into enemies applies a brief movement slow to them and gives you a boost.
  • 15% Movement Slow, 1.5s Duration
  • 16-second cooldown
  • Boosts slide to dash speed

Shopkeeper's Secret (800)

Passive: Your subsequent item purchases are hidden from enemy vision until this item is sold.
  • Conceals subsequent item purchases to enemies viewing your inventory

Hippocratic Oath (6400)

Passive: When you do 300+ heal within one second, all healing you provide to any allies within the next few seconds is duplicated back to yourself.
  • 4s Window, 80% Healing Duplication
  • 40 second cooldown

Voidwalker (6400)

Upgrades from Veil Walker
Passive: Passing through a cosmic veil covertly changes it into a void portal. Enemies entering within a short window are cursed by the void.
  • Walking through veil cleanses you of non-ultimate effects
  • 1.5s Portal Duration
  • Enemies receive a 3.5s void curse upon entering
  • Void curse duration scales with spirit power +1.06x
  • Voided enemies have muddled audio and can see nothing but their hero model

Windsail (1600)

Passive: Dismounting from ziplines grants enhanced air control and extended momentum.
  • Improved air maneuverability, reduced air friction
  • 3s Enhanced Control Duration

Helium Tank (3200)

Builds from Extra Stamina
Passive: Using your final stamina point for a jump launches you three times as high with enhanced air control.
  • 300% Jump Height, enhanced air steering, slow fall
  • High-pitched voice effect while airborne
  • -15% stamina recovery
  • On cooldown until stamina is fully replenished

Lost Parcel (1600)

Passive: Breaking destructibles grants stacking movement speed. Stacks decay over time and are lost when taking enemy damage.
  • +0.4 m/s per stack, 10 max stacks
  • 5s decay, lose all stacks
  • Lose all stacks on enemy damage

Skyliner (3200)

Passive: Boosting on ziplines grants the boost effect to all allies currently using the same zipline. Your zipline boost duration is reduced.
  • Shared boost effect, 50% reduced personal boost duration
  • Boost effect removed if the zipline is left

Propeller Hat (3200)

Passive: 160% jump height.
  • Player model wears a propeller hat
  • -1 stamina
  • +20% stamina recovery

Satin Night Suit (3200)

Passive: Always sleep well. After waking up from a stun, get additional speed.
  • Upon recovering from stun, gain +4m/s move speed for 1.2 seconds

Flight Goggles (3200)

Passive: Spending time in the air increases movement speed. Effect lasts for 1 second after landing.
  • -2m/s sprint speed
  • Minimum 1.8s of airtime before gaining move speed
  • 4s of airtime to gain a maximum of +4m/s move speed
  • Landing duration scales with vitality +1.04x

Psychout (3200)

Upgrades from Rebuttal
Passive: Nearby enemies who miss a melee while you are parrying are slowed 80% for 0.9s
  • Range: 3m
  • Cooldown: 8s
 
Banana peel would be the ultimate juke tool.
One of the reasons I like the way I've designed it is that you can actually use it to gain distance as well so long as they don't have sightline.

The visual of Pocket hitting a Banana Peel and flying into a walker which proceeds to stomp him to death is also extremely funny.
