Massive visual bug with old GPU

I have an old GPU GeForce GT 750m, and there is a visual bug that happens in game all the time, the main menu is fine.

The game looks like I'm on drugs, check the image below, maybe my GPU is too weak or old to be supported, I don't know.

Yeah it looks like that on my laptop with a 920m in it too. Guessing game doesn't work on old nvidia drivers

Can you say what OS do you use and what happens if you try launch game on vulkan render? It looks like glitched textures occurs on some old nvidia cards and on windows7.

As I said earlier. I have PC with 2 OSes installed. On win7 dx11 have glitched textures, vulkan have normal textures but crashes within 30 seconds. On win10 dx11 have normal textures(while videocard driver version which installed on win10 much older than on win7), vulkan insta crashes with error.

Update: The game in vulkan gets laggy and crashes when you move, standing around seems to be fine.
Update 2: changing vulkan to DX11 in settings crashes your game

I found a workaround:
Use https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/releases/tag/v1.10.3, it's laggy with a few half-sec freezes but all textures are there and it doesn't crash.
I also tried this https://github.com/i486/VxKex/releases, it had all the textures, better performance but it still crashed.

The game never boots with Vulkan and I get the following error:

AppSystemDict: Error in Connect() of interface 'RenderDeviceMgr001'!

What OS do you use?

Use dxgi and d3d11
