Major Visual Bug

One of my friends cannot play the game since almost none of the textures load for him.
He updated his graphics driver and everything but his game still looks like what you see in the screenshots.
I included a screenshot of his specs and i hope that you guys will be able to fix this issue

I'm not a tech guru, but 2GB GPU and 100 degrees CPU don't look good xD
