I noticed in sandbox that buying Mystic Reach does not say it increases the 3m explosion of vexing bolt so I assumed that it was intentionally designed to no be affected by range items. But then I noticed that you can buy Improved Reach and imbue it onto Vexing Bolt. So I am not sure if Vexing Bolt is supposed to receive range scaling and isn't, or if Vexing Bolt is not supposed to receive range scaling and Improved Reach just needs to be changed to not allow imbuing Vexing Bolt. Thanks
