A gaffer/glass blower.
The hero could be made of glass to fit the glass cannon theme or both
1st:
channel a set of a glass shards up to 3 with a delay between the release of each. you cannot shoot during your channel and are stuck in the release animation like holding Celeste Ult untill you cancel or finish the burst
2nd ability:
send a glass spear that explodes into a cone shape on miss with a delay. or damage and slow on hit it would match celeste ult in speed and arc. maybe add implade. Could be a charge
3rd:
straight line of shards erupt from the ground but very slowly. Could also be a charge
ult :
pour molten glass on the ground in a flooding fashion that slowly expands in an AOE starting where you stand. If you walk on it, gain massive sprint speed. This effect applies to all allies. and reveal enemies that stand on it
The idea for the kit is a very poke playstyle that forces the player to keep distance and hopefully deal damage from range, it could be missing a stun to allow for consistent damage, but I didn't feel like that felt fun.
The ult gives no use for you to be super far from action, so it gives the player a risky choice of saving it for fleeing or using it so they can claim space and quickly burst targets in the fight, and their team is given an incentive to play around them and better their options of roaming around.
Do note that sprint speed is not move speed, so hopefully this is less abuseable.
if they want to follow the ult they can but if they are hit they should not be given a true get out of jail free
