I used to be able to play at a decent 70 to 80 fps on the lowest possible settings. Now I can barely get 60. Most of the time it's around 40 to 50, sometimes dropping down to the 20s. Is there hope? And no I'm not going to upgrade yet.

you should watch the solution to the problem on YouTube, I'm playing with my Ryzen 5 1600 and Rx580 at almost 100 FPS.
